Terms of Service and Privacy
Last updated 2026-09-15. The English text is the governing version.
1. What QuackPay is
QuackPay ("the Service") is a web interface for sending cryptocurrency to several recipients at once. It is operated by [Operator legal name, registration number, country] ("we"). By using the Service you accept these Terms.
The Service is non-custodial. We never hold, receive or control your funds or private keys. Every payment is a transaction that you sign in your own wallet and that is executed by a public blockchain network. Where a batch contract is used, funds pass through it atomically inside your transaction and are not held by us or by the contract between transactions.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the addresses, amounts, tokens and networks you enter. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We cannot recall, reverse or refund a payment sent to a wrong address or on a wrong network.
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax, employment, anti-money-laundering and sanctions rules. Do not use the Service to pay persons or addresses you are prohibited from dealing with.
You are responsible for the security of your wallet, your device and your browser. Anyone with access to them can send payments and read your data.
3. Fees
Network fees (gas) are charged by the blockchain and paid from your wallet. We do not receive them.
The Service currently charges no fee of its own. If we introduce a service fee, it will be applied inside the batch contract, shown on the payment screen before you sign, and announced on this page in advance. A fee never applies retroactively.
4. No advice, no warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that a network will include your transaction, that a token contract behaves as expected, or that the Service is free of errors or interruptions.
Prices in fiat currency shown in the interface and in receipts come from third-party market data and are indicative only. They are not tax or accounting advice.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of funds, profits, data or business arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, including losses caused by wrong input, wallet compromise, network failures, third-party services or smart-contract behaviour. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid to us in the preceding twelve months, which today are zero.
6. Third-party services
Wallet sign-in and embedded wallets are provided by Dynamic (dynamic.xyz) under its own terms and privacy policy. External wallets (MetaMask, TronLink, WalletConnect and others) are governed by their providers. Blockchain access uses public or keyed RPC endpoints operated by third parties.
7. Changes and termination
We may change the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes are announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. You may stop using the Service at any time; your data stays in your browser and can be exported from Settings.
8. Governing law
[Governing law and venue to be set by the operator.] If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force.
Privacy
Recipients, groups, payment history and receipts are stored only in your browser (localStorage). Clearing browser data deletes them; Settings offers a JSON backup.
Signed receipts: when a payment finishes (or when you press "Sign receipt"), your browser sends the on-chain facts of that run to our server: sender address, recipient addresses, amounts, tokens, networks and transaction hashes. The server re-checks them on the blockchain, looks up the USD rates at payment time, signs them and keeps that record so anyone with the receipt id can verify it. Recipient names are never sent. This data is already public on the blockchain; we keep it so the verification page works.
When you sign in with email or a social account, Dynamic processes that identifier to create or recover your wallet; we do not operate a user database. Blockchain transactions you sign are public by nature and are visible on the relevant network forever.
Requests to our server and to RPC and price providers expose your IP address and browser metadata to those parties as any web request does. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers.
